• Consider how your trip will impact the communities you’ll pass through.

• When possible, maintain 6 feet of distance from nearby passengers at transit stations, stops, and while riding the vehicle.
• Consider traveling during less busy times so there will likely be fewer people.
• Wear a mask or face cloth covering your nose and mouth at all times.
• When possible increase ventilation by standing near an open window.
• Take care not to touch your face.
• Minimize contact with surfaces.
• Keep talking to a minimum.
• If wearing gloves, dispose of them after the ride and sanitize hands immediately.
• After exiting the vehicle, use hand sanitizer with 60% alcohol solution and disinfect your cell phone.
• Thoroughly wash hands with warm, soapy water for at least 20 seconds when you arrive at your destination.
• Wash clothes when you get home.

• Check to see if the restaurant staff is wearing masks that cover their nose and mouths.

• If using a public restroom, thoroughly wash hands after opening and closing the stall. Use a paper towel to open and close the bathroom door to create a “touchless” bathroom experience.
• Don’t congregate when waiting to be seated or while waiting for the restroom.
• Choose contactless payment options when applicable.

• If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, do not travel.
• If you have been in contact with someone who has been experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, do not travel.
• Wash hands regularly or use hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol while at the airport and on the plane.
• Wear a mask or face cloth that covers your nose and mouth at the airport and through the duration of your flight.
• Check-in online and download a mobile boarding pass to avoid contact.

• Monitor for symptoms every day.
• Self-quarantine for 14 days or until cleared by a clinician.
• If symptomatic, get tested for COVID-19 as soon as possible.
• If asymptomatic, testing is most accurate on day 5 or later.
• Leave the house only if absolutely necessary.
• If living with others, follow the CDC’s guidelines for separating those who are sick.
